Describe my situation
01

From your first question to the results

Robert Gaisch is your point of contact at Stop-Radon in Corcelles, in the canton of Neuchâtel. He helps you choose a suitable approach, whether you have never measured radon or already have results.

His service connects the building survey, preparation of a mitigation proposal and the work itself. Plans, photographs and reports can be gathered after the first contact.

02

Qualifications you can verify

Stop-Radon is listed among the radon measurement services recognised by the Federal Office of Public Health. This list specifies measurement competencies for homes, schools and nurseries, and workplaces. Robert Gaisch is also on the list of radon consultants for advice and building work. These two roles complement each other: arranging measurements according to the protocol and guiding decisions about interventions in the building.

03

Understand before proposing

The technical survey compares concentrations and how they change across different rooms. Simultaneous measurements in rooms in contact with the ground help identify likely entry points and understand how radon spreads.

Robert explains the findings and proposed next steps: preparing mitigation or extending the assessment with passive detectors when concentrations are low or results are intermediate.

04

Carry out, measure and document

Robert carries out radon mitigation work himself. Concentrations are monitored before and after the work to observe its effect and adjust the system if needed.

A mitigation report presents the work and its results. A passive detector campaign is arranged to confirm them through a recognised measurement, according to the applicable schedule. If another trade is involved, its role is specified in the quotation.

Stop-Radon and Polluants.ch

Stop-Radon focuses on radon. Polluants.ch deals with other building pollutants, including asbestos, PCBs, lead and PAHs. These issues can overlap before a renovation: changes to ventilation and room use affect radon, while materials being removed or altered may require a specific survey. Each service retains its own identity and enquiry process.
