Processing your enquiry

Your contact details and situation are recorded as soon as you click “Save my request and continue”, allowing Gnac Sàrl to contact you even if you do not complete the remaining steps. A callback request is recorded when you submit it. Additional information and documents added later become part of the same enquiry.

Contact details and documents are stored in the shared Supabase database, hosted in Zurich, with Stop-Radon recorded as their source. Enquiries and documents remain private and accessible to authorised people at Gnac Sàrl. The website is hosted by Vercel. AhaSend handles confirmation and sign-in emails. Completed enquiries are sent to BeMyTalent for sales follow-up; attachments remain in the document management tools and are not sent to BMT. Private document copies and encrypted backups may be retained in Gnac Sàrl’s Google Drive.

Cookies and measurement preferences

Google tools are limited to the public stop-radon.ch domain and require your consent. Selecting “Google Ads” in the AlpiStats banner permits Google Ads conversion measurement (submitted enquiry, phone or email click). Google Analytics is not enabled. Google Tag Manager loads only the purposes you have allowed. No Google resources load before you choose, no form data or documents are sent to these tools, and private areas are excluded. Your preferences are retained for 183 days (six months) and can be changed at the bottom of the page. Ad personalisation remains disabled. Google may process these data outside Switzerland. Markers needed for forms, sign-in and animation are separate from these optional measurements.

AlpiStats audience measurement

Audience measurement: this website uses AlpiStats, a Swiss visitor statistics service. Traffic data are collected, stored, backed up and processed in Switzerland. Measurement takes place only after your consent, requested through a banner; if you refuse, no AlpiStats audience measurement is carried out. Your choice, whether consent or refusal, is retained for 6 months and can be changed or withdrawn at any time. This measurement does not store any persistent audience identifier in your browser. It also measures clicks to other websites, file downloads, form submissions (never their content), site searches and page loading speed. Detailed data are retained for 6 months; only genuinely anonymous daily totals (page views and visits) are kept longer, for up to 25 months.

Your choices and the limits of measurement

On Stop-Radon, measurement is limited to public pages. No names, email addresses, phone numbers, form content, documents or enquiry identifiers are transmitted. Private areas and resume links are excluded. Search collection is disabled; the site has no public search feature. Completed enquiries are counted after server confirmation. The banner choice is retained for 183 days (six months), then requested again. You can change or withdraw it using “Manage my choices” in the footer. Refusing leaves the form accessible. AlpiStats and Google Ads have separate choices.

Your rights

To request access to, correction or deletion of your data, write to info@stop-radon.ch. Deletion requests are handled by Gnac Sàrl across the relevant tools, including copies and backups, taking applicable retention obligations into account.
